Once you join the Swamp Camp as a Novice, Cor Kalom will entrust you with the quest; the Brotherhood does not just preach, but when it comes to the swampweed trade, they run a ruthless corporate business.
Rogue bandits from the New Camp started a weed processing operation in a cave near New Camp. As they are challenging the Brotherhood’s control over the weed business, we must track down the illegal business of the bandit and destroy it to get absolute control over the weed business. Whether you intimidate them or use your sword, it is all up to you to deal with them.
Prerequisite
You should join the Swamp Camp to get the quest.
How to Get the quest
Once you officially join the Swamp Camp, visit Cor Kalom and use the dialogue to get the quest.
- “Is there anything else I could do for you, master?”
Then he will tell you that a bunch of New Campers have started their own swamp herb laboratory somewhere outside the main entrance of the New Camp.
How to get to the Location
The location for the New Camp is shown in the image below.
X marks the spot for the entrance of the New Camp. From the entrance of the New Camp, turn slightly to your left and head into the forest as shown in the image below.
Go ahead until you reach a small, abandoned village and a dirt road that curves right, as shown in the image below.
To the right is the cave of the bandit Jacko, who is running a weed laboratory, as shown in the image below.
First, deal with the guard outside the cave, then head inside the cave to speak with Jacko.
Note:
While killing is an option, you can also use your words to intimidate them into stopping their illegal business.
Head to Jacko and use this dialogue to intimidate him by bluffing that Cor Kalom knows everything about your illegal setup, and the alchemist is sending five Templar guards to deal with you. He will be terrified after hearing that, and he will tell his crew to pack up everything and flee.
Or you can simply take out your weapon and start smashing Jacko and his men.
Once the cave is clear, loot the place and head back to Cor Kalom’s Laboratory to report your success and receive a reward of experience and Ore.
