Oricalcite Farm in MH Wilds
Oricalcite is an Equipment Material in Monster Hunter Wilds. There are three great ways to farm it, each with its own benefits. Choose the method that best fits your goals!
From Festival Shares
You can get Oricalcite from Festival Shares at the Smelting Foundry. Festival Shares gather materials over time, and you can collect them for free. In the Festival Shares tab, you’ll have two options: Take All to store the materials in your item box for later use, or Sell All to trade them for some extra Zenny.
Trade From Nata
You can also get Oricalcite by trading with Nata, a mysterious kid you’ll find at the Windward Plains Base Camp in Monster Hunter Wilds.
Dismantle Artian Weapons
You can also break down Artian Weapons to get more Reinforcement Materials. This comes in handy if you end up with random bonuses that don’t match what you want. Just go to the same menu where you upgrade Artian Weapons and choose “Dismantle” instead.
How to Use Oricalcite
Reinforcement materials, like Oricalcite, are used to add random bonus stats to Artian Weapons. To reinforce your weapons, talk to Gemma, choose Reinforce/Dismantle Artian Weapons, and select Reinforce.
Reinforcement Materials and Points:
- Drearisite — 20 Pts
- Specklite — 100 Pts
- Argecite — 200 Pts
- Oricalcite — 300 Pts
Just like upgrading armor, the weapon upgrade menu shows how many levels you need to reach the max and how many points are required to hit the next level. Each type of reinforcement material adds a set number of points, with rarer materials giving more.
