There are many collectibles in Act 5 that need to be found. These are mainly COG Tags, but there are also other things like logs, plans, medicine, and more. Some of these collectibles are easily visible, while some are hidden in rooms or can only be found by taking another route. Here’s where you can find all the Act 5 collectibles in Gears of War: E-Day.
Act 5 – Chapter 1
COG Tags of Private Lorin Galvin
Once you have passed the train scene, move on to the next mission objective. Before entering the park zone, go to your left side to discover the COG Tags of Private Lorin Galvin.
Hard Case
While looking for a train to get back to the city, keep an eye out for this Hard Case. You’ll come close to it as you make your way through the chapter. When you hear Marcus say, “that one, it’s facing the city,” you know you’re in the right area.
Hard Case
You’ll need to board the train to finish the chapter, but don’t get on just yet. Before boarding, head to the right side of the train. You’ll find the Hard Case sitting on a small ledge.
Act 5 – Chapter 2
COG Tags of Specialist Wallace Teale
Just as you enter the chapter, go left and head towards the crates. There is a body with COG tags of Specialist Wallace Teale.
Hard Case
You’ll find the first Hard Case at the top of the slope you need to climb to continue through the chapter. Make sure to grab it before moving on.
Hard Case
From the first Hard Case, turn left and follow the road until you spot a gap in a cracked wall. Head up the road, and you’ll find the second Hard Case on your right, next to a lamppost.
Clinical Test Trial Medication
Go to the second floor of the hospital. The Clinical Test Trial Medication is available at the second floor.
Hard Case
After leaving the hospital, you’ll need to dodge mortar fire as you make your way forward. Drop into the crater beneath the bridge to trigger a checkpoint. Once you land, look to your right, and you’ll find the third Hard Case just ahead of you.
COG Tags of Master Sergeant Joseph Kopec
As you try to get away from the Locust in the building, you will have to make your way upwards. Look out for a burning room where you will find the body of the master sergeant sitting in a chair and his COG Tags.
Act 5 – Chapter 4
COG Tags of Lieutenant Enola Tabaaha
Before proceeding to the room of Michaelson, take a left turn. You will find a dead body wearing COG Tags of Lt. Enola Tabaaha.
Captain’s Log, CNV Resolute
Keep going until you arrive at the room where Michaelson and the other high command members are meeting. The Captain’s Log, CNV Resolute is situated within this room.
CNV Resolute Decommissioning Plans
Follow your objective until you come to what can be considered a workshop. Find the generator there and crawl beneath it to locate the CNV Resolute Decommissioning Plans.
COG Tags of Lieutenant Arthur Palarmo
Climb the ladder with Zee and take a left. There you will find a corpse wearing the COG Tags of Lieutenant Arthur Palarmo.
Sketch of the Kalona Skyline
Keep going through the chapter until you get to the last zone. You will need to go up the crane to collect the Sketch of the Kalona Skyline.
Act 5 – Chapter 5
COG Tags of Sergeant Alton Hau
Look for the dead bodies hanging from the bridge. This will be the first bridge that you see in Act 1. You can get the COG Tags of Sergeant Alton Hau here.
COG Tags of Sergeant Bryce Valen
All that is required for this item is defeating the final boss, after which the COG Tags of Sergeant Bryce Valen will be collected.
