Best Build
A speed tank configuration would be good for this battle. Use Jump Bombs, Flywire, and Shot Pots. Flywire allows you to remain in the air for prolonged times, whereas Jump Bombs have decent damage output and help you dodge any incoming attack from the boss.
These gadgets should be used with weapons with high damaging power yet with good mobility like Shooters, Dualies, or Splatlings. This combination of weapons will give you enough damage output for wearing down the boss and mobility for dodging all of its attacks effortlessly.
