The Sharpedo Submarine is one of the unique decorations you can build in the Pokémon Pokopia Bubbly Basin DLC. Not only does this give your Pokémon a place to reside, but it also builds an entire new room that you could decorate according to your choice. However, before constructing the Sharpedo Submarine, you would have to get its kit first. In this guide, we’ll show you where to find the kit, how to get Iron Ore and Sea Glass Fragments, and everything else you need to build the Sharpedo Submarine.
How To Build A Sharpedo Submarine
The time required to build the Sharpedo Submarine is 1 hour. After you are done with the construction, it will be able to accommodate up to two Pokémon. The Sharpedo Submarine is a room decoration that comes with one floor, and you will require the Submarine Kit to start the construction.
The construction process requires 10 Iron Ore and 5 Sea Glass Fragments. You will need the help of one Pokémon that has the Build Ability and three other Pokémon to finish the construction. Some Pokémon that have the Build Ability are Timburr, Cubone, Pinsir, Heracross, and Lucario.
How To Get The Sharpedo Submarine Kit
Sharpedo Submarine Kit is located somewhere in the underground part of the map. First, go to the central part of the map. Then, head towards the place located close to the Pokémon Gym. As you travel, you will see many sand walls that block the path. Simply dig through them and follow the path.
When you make your way along the path and dig through many other sandy parts of the path, you will reach a small open area. There you will find the Sharpedo Submarine Kit, located right in the middle of this area.
How To Get Iron Ore
Travel to the mine shaft located in Rocky Ridges. Use the stairs to get back to the place from where you used to locate Magmar during the questline. Once you talk to Magmar, you will have the ability to detect ore, thus making it easy for you to find places suitable for mining. From the entrance of the mine, turn right, and you will find a portion of the mine with Iron Ore deposits.
How To Get Sea Glass Fragments
Sea Glass Fragments can be found in several locations, including Pikachu Dream Island. The first location where you will find these items easily is Bleak Beach. After getting to Bleak Beach, you will need to search for small Sea Glass Fragments scattered around the beach area.
Luckily, there are many such items, so you will not face any difficulties in collecting them. If you want to speed up the process, you will need to use your Suck Up ability. This lets you gather multiple fragments at once instead of picking them up one by one.
Building the Sharpedo Submarine
First, set up a base by interacting with the Sharpedo Submarine Kit in your inventory. Place 10x Iron Ore and 5x Sea Glass Fragments on it. Interact with the base again to know which Pokemon you need to gather to help you build. For this, you need to have the following Pokemon.
- Mudkip
- Carvanah
- Corphish
- Marianie
Interact with each one and ask them to follow you, then bring them to the Submarine base and add them to the list. They will start working on the submarine right away. Return after the stipulated time to find the completed Sharpedo Submarine, which will also complete Corphish’s request at the same time.
