One Eye Closes, One Eye Opens is one of the main story quests in Diablo IV. This quest is set in The First Vault, which is found within the Skovos zone. After finishing the Death questline, you will be teleported back to The First Vault, where the next phase of the story begins immediately. The One Eye Closes, One Eye Opens quest continues the storyline and brings you one step closer to the ultimate battle, where the truth about Sanctuary will be revealed.
After escaping from The Mind’s Eye, talk to Tyrael to find out what went down. Tyrael will ask you to follow him to the entrance of The First Vault. All you have to do is repeat the path that you took while exploring the vault, although you will find multiple Lava Golems on the way.
