In order to start the Ghosts Pay No Heed To Tomorrow quest, the first step is to complete the side mission An Ancient Resting Place. During that mission, you will encounter and investigate Gogmazios. Once you’ve completed it, the new quest will become available.
Ghosts Pay No Heed to Tomorrow Quest Guide
If you want to start the mission, then talk to Werner. He can be found by the Pit Elevator, very close to the Azuz Everforge. After that, talk to Fabius to move the quest forward. This will directly lead you into the Gogmazios hunt. When you are done with that, go up to the top of the Pit Elevator and talk with Werner to complete the quest. Your reward for this is 1 Azuz Meal Voucher, 10 Oricalcite, and 3 Turbid Shrimp.
It is highly recommended that when you go after the Gogmazios, besides fully upgrading your armour, you also use the new Armor Transcendence system. The Transcendence technique utilises extra pieces from the same armour set to enhance your defence, which is important since Gogmazios’ attacks are powerful. Make sure to bring one Fire element weapon and one Dragon element weapon so you’re properly prepared for the battle.
