How to Use Cleaner in Schedule 1

Keeping your workspace clean in Schedule 1 is crucial for maintaining efficiency, and that’s where Cleaners come in. These hired workers automatically clear trash, helping you keep things organized without constant manual effort. However, hiring a Cleaner isn’t just a one-time expense, you will need to manage their daily wages and ensure they have everything they need to do their job effectively. By setting up trash cans correctly and keeping pathways clear, you can maximize their efficiency and keep your operations running smoothly.

How to Use Cleaner

You can hire a Cleaner from Manny for $500 in-game cash, but remember, they require a daily payment of $100 to keep working. The money must be paid in cash, not by card. To pay them, simply place the cash in the briefcase by their bed. To avoid any interruptions, it’s a good idea to leave enough money to cover a few days in case you forget.

To put a Cleaner to work in Schedule 1, start by equipping your clipboard, pointing it at the worker, and pressing the E key to interact. Your clipboard will display various details about the Cleaner, including an option to assign them a trash can. Click on Assigned Trash Can and select a nearby trash can to link to your newly hired worker.

For the best results, position your trash cans close to your workstations. You can check their effective range by hovering over them with the clipboard, the green circle will indicate their coverage. If a trash can is within range, the Cleaner will automatically clear any trash that appears nearby.

To maximize efficiency, spread your trash cans evenly across all workstations that generate waste. Keep in mind that each Cleaner can manage only three trash cans at a time. If you’re operating a large property like the Warehouse, you may need to hire multiple Cleaners to keep up with the mess.

Lastly, ensure your Cleaners have enough space to move around freely. If they get stuck due to obstacles or poor layout, they won’t be able to do their job efficiently, slowing down your operations.
