Wolf’s chest is one of the chests that you will find when exploring the New Camp level of Gothic 1 Remake. Although reaching it requires a short trip through the Cave Housing area, the chest is fairly easy to find. There are several items contained within the chest. This guide will show you where to find Wolf’s chest and the correct lockpicking sequence needed to open it.
How To Unlock The Wolf’s Chest
Wolf’s chest can be found in Wolf’s house located in the Cave Housing region of the New Camp. The route to his chest starts at the lantern-lit path leading to Homer and the wooden bridge. You just need to move past Homer and keep moving forward until you reach a big building on your right and a cave opening on your left.
Once you enter the cave, keep taking the left path till you find the second staircase and then the third wooden stairway. After climbing the wooden stairs, proceed to the rightmost house where you will find Wolf’s chest. The order of plates required to open Wolf’s chest is as follows:
- First, slide the first tile to the left six times.
- Second, move the fourth tile to the right two times.
- Third, slide the fifth tile to the left four times.
- Fourth, slide the second tile to the left six times.
- Fifth, move the third tile to the left six times.
- Sixth, slide the fourth tile to the left three times.
- Seventh, slide the first tile to the left one last time to open the treasure chest.
If you are using the Xbox controller, then press the left or right button on the D-Pad as required for your moves. After you manage to unlock the chest of Wolf successfully, you will find a number of useful items in it. This chest comprises two Willow Wood, Rice, three feathers, three grapes, a torch, and six ore nuggets.
