The Throw an Orderly to His Death challenge from Halloween: The Game can seem a little difficult at first, as there is no guide on how to complete it in the game. In order to complete it, you have to find a railing and drag an Orderly to the correct location. At the railing, an execution will enable you to throw the Orderly to his death. Here’s where to find a railing and how to complete the challenge.
How To Throw An Orderly To His Death

In the Prologue, one of the challenges given to the player is to toss an orderly to his death. This is slightly trickier as there is no mention of the objective location in the game itself. Technically, you need to find an orderly near the areas where you can perform a throwing execution. Approach him and then execute him using the correct execution once you are in the right spot.
First, it is recommended to stalk your nearby vicinity and keep track of any orderlies. Always look for orderlies in the upper floor, specifically ones who are near railings or any open platform. There are many railings available around the prologue area. The easiest one to use is just to the right after you leave the Asylum. There is another railing located towards the far-east part of the starting area and one more located near the gate where the mission ends.
The railing near the beginning of the mission is the easiest place to go, as there are usually two orderlies around. Once you have found the railing, find an Orderly around and take him. Or you can just drag an Orderly from another location to this point.
After you have taken hold of an Orderly, pull him over to the railing and approach him as closely as possible. You should see a skull icon indicating that there is a context execution possible at this point. Hold the interaction button next to the railing. Michael will throw the Orderly over the railing and thus complete Prologue Challenge 4.
As your reward, you can claim the Groovy Style profile icon and the Borealis background for your profile. You can equip them from the Customisation menu in your profile after selecting the Graveyard tab in the main menu. This is purely cosmetic and won’t affect your character stats or gameplay experience.
