How To Open The Xardas Tower Chest
The chest is situated on the 3rd floor of the Xardas Tower, located in the southern region of the Valley of Mines. It is well within the Orc territory; thus, access to this location will be very difficult. There is only one way through the area that is well guarded by stone golems. You have to get past them to be able to enter the tower.
Do note that this method of lock picking has been done on the basis of the basic Lockpicking skill. If your Lockpicking skill is already mastered, the lock mechanics would change; hence, this method wouldn’t work for you.
Begin by shifting the 4th plate four steps to the left. This is then followed by shifting the 2nd plate four steps to the left. You then shift the 4th plate to the left again four steps. Move the 3rd plate to the right four steps and the 4th plate to the left four steps.
Then, move the 6th plate to the left five steps. You now shift the 1st plate to the left six steps. The 4th plate is moved to the left five steps. Moving the 3rd plate to the right six steps is followed by moving the 4th plate to the left six steps. Move the 2nd plate three steps to the left. This is then followed by moving the 5th plate three steps to the left and the 6th plate three steps to the left.
