To get it, go to Brokefield Marketplace. You will see it located near the top right corner of the final ‘S’ of Deinis in the map. Remember that the zone can be safe or hostile depending on your progress. If it’s unfriendly, you must defeat the enemies before getting the sword. If it’s hostile, you will need to deal with enemies before grabbing the weapon. If it’s already liberated, you can simply buy it instead.
Once you arrive from the main road, look to your left for a pigsty. Go past the fence and go towards the chicken coop. This is where the rapier is kept, lying right on the floor after the structure.
