The Roof Cylinder is a simple base-building piece in Subnautica 2 that lets you add a rounded roof section to your underwater habitat. It is mainly used to improve the look of your base and create more interesting designs. Once you unlock it, the Roof Cylinder is very easy to build, requiring only 1 Titanium with the Habitat Builder. In this guide, we will show you how to get the Roof Cylinder in Subnautica 2.

    How To Get Roof Cylinder

Start from your Lifepod, which is the first point where all players start their game. When you get to the volcanic biome, search for a cave that has its entrance on the left-hand side of the landscape. The entrance can easily be overlooked, so pay attention to the rocks while searching the area. Go into the cave until you reach a place where large mushrooms grow.

The blueprint you are searching for is found above one of the mushrooms growing in this cave. Scan or collect it to unlock the item. After unlocking the blueprint, you will be able to make the Roof Cylinder with the help of your Habitat Builder. You only need 1 Titanium to make this base building block, making it one of the simplest and cheapest base pieces to construct. To know more, read our guide on “How to Unlock Habitat Builder in Subnautica 2”.

    How To Get Titanium

Titanium is a very important resource in Subnautica 2, which is needed not only for simple items but also for building large structures within bases. Moreover, titanium is one of the first resources that you get when you start playing the game. It can be found very close to your starting Lifepod, so you do not need to travel far to collect it. In fact, you can often spot several pieces scattered across the seafloor directly beneath and around your Lifepod.
