Each one comes from a different Recall mission and can also be earned through Steel Path enemies or bought from a vendor. How to get Ascaris Prime
Ascaris Prime is a rare resource available during the Perita Rebellion, from the recall mission “Vanguard.” In this mission, for each Order completed, you will earn 1 Ascaris Prime. After the Prime Vanguard is defeated, you will be given 10 Ascaris Prime.
If you are playing on Steel Path, you have one more option to earn it. Defeated Warframes sometimes drop 2 Ascaris Prime outside of the Prime Vanguard battle, even if you do not do the Recall mission.

How to Use Lyroic Bridge, Ren Hypercore, and Ascaris Prime
To get all Focus School Tauron weapons, you have to collect a total of 150 of each special resource from The Perita Rebellion for every single weapon. This includes Lyroic Bridge, Ren Hypercore, and Ascaris Prime, so you’ll have to spend some time farming all three. The moment you create a Tauron weapon for a school, the new Tauron Focus Nodes that become available for upgrading that school also require the same resources from The Perita Rebellion.
