The journey of Hilga in Mortal Shell 2 is an easy quest which will take you through the Mushroom Village and Widow’s Overlook. To help Hilga and Gorf in their quest, you will be required to do a couple of things for them, including providing Hilga with a Poisoned Dagger and Common Moonshine. Along the way, you can learn more about their story and eventually receive a Marsh Pearl as a reward.
How To Find Hilga In Mortal Shell 2
Hilga can be found southeast of the Mushroom Village Beacon. Walk east from the Beacon, then pass through a wooden bridge. Go a bit further ahead, and you will find Hilga who is cooking Grom in a big pot.
How To Complete The Hilga Quest
Teleport to the Mushroom Village and find Hilga. Speak with her and give her the Poisoned Dagger, which you can obtain after completing the quests related to Gorf. Travel to Widow’s Overlook and find Gorf. This time, you will notice Hilga standing next to him. Talk with her and give her 1 Common Moonshine upon request. Refresh at the nearby Beacon, then return to Gorf. Talk to him again, and he will reward you with 1 Marsh Pearl as thanks for helping him.
Refresh at Beacon once more and head back to where Gorf is in the marsh. This time around, you will see that Hilga is also with him. Have a chat with both of them to learn more about how things between them have turned out. If you rest at Beacon and then go to Gorf and Hilga, you will notice that they have had a family now. Once you have completed the task assigned to Hilga, you will have the Marsh Pearl. This is a tradeable item worth 2,000 coins.
How To Get Moonshine
The Common Moonshine is available for purchase from the Hunter Merchant in Mushroom Village. Starting from the Mushroom Village Beacon, make your way to the left side and go in the direction of the archway. The Hunter will be near a caged monster. Speak to the Hunter and purchase the Common Moonshine using 200 coins. The maximum number of Common Moonshines you can purchase is 3.
