Foundation Cogwheel Puzzle Solution
As you make your way toward the Foundation in Poppy Playtime Chapter 4, you will pass through the room with the Vat again. This time, the gear sets will be exposed, but some cogwheels will be missing. To progress, you will need to find and install them correctly.
Fortunately, all three missing cogwheels are located in the same room. The large cogwheel is on the floor near a shelf on the right side of the Vat. The small cogwheel can be found near one of the cogwheel cages, while the medium cogwheel, which has a silver rim, is on the left side of the vat next to a shelf with bottles.
Once you have all the cogwheels, start by inserting the medium cogwheel into the first gear set. This will lift the cage from the second set of gears. Next, place the large cogwheel into the second gear set, which will then free up the third set. At this point, only the small cogwheel remains, but the last gear set needs two cogwheels to function.
To complete the puzzle, first, insert the small cogwheel into the left slot of the third gear set. Then, go back to the first set and remove the medium cogwheel before placing it in the second slot of the third set. Once all the gears are in place, the mechanism will activate, unlocking the door to the mines and allowing you to move forward in Poppy Playtime.
