Embers at Twilight Quest Guide: Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred

Embers at Twilight is a short but important main story quest in Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred. In this quest, you will escort Lorath to Tyrael’s Encampment, speak with Tyrael about recent events, and track down Lilith by following a trail of blood petals. After finishing the conversations with Lilith and Tyrael, the quest will end, and the next chapter of the campaign, The Land of Fire, will start. In this guide, we will show you how to complete the Embers at Twilight quest in Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred.

    Embers at Twilight Quest

Embers at Twilight is one of the most important story missions of Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred. It can be found in The Cankering Center that is situated in the Skovos region. After reaching the end of the mission and leaving The Void, you will get through Bowels of the City and emerge on the surface. After doing that, you will get the Embers at Twilight quest that will start immediately after finishing the previous one.

From there, head northwest following the arrow towards Tyrael’s Encampment and escort Lorath. After arriving at the destination, talk to Tyrael and inquire about his experiences. Continue through all of the dialogue to move the quest forward.

    Finding Lilith

After finishing your chat, walk out of the camp and follow the track of Lilith’s blood petals. You will find her standing in a spot to the southwest of the exit from the camp. Speak with her, and she will ask if you want to kill her for a second time. You will be given three dialogue choices, but your selection does not affect the outcome, so choose whichever response you like.

Speak to Tyrael near the waypoint after talking to Lilith, and then leave Celestia by talking to him once again. This will complete Embers at Twilight and reward you with 11,760 XP and 2,130 Gold. As soon as the quest ends, the next main story quest, The Land of Fire, will begin automatically.
