To get the Golden Star’s Component in Crimson Desert, you will have to defeat the Golden Star Dragon. Although the Golden Star Dragon is a difficult enemy at first, once you know how he works, the fight becomes much simpler. In this guide, we’ll show you where to find the Golden Star Dragon and explain the simple strategy you can use to defeat it and get the Golden Star’s Component.
Golden Star’s Component Location

Golden Star’s Component is the item that you can get by killing the Golden Star Boss found at Marni’s Masterium in Delessyia while completing the main storyline of the game.
How To Defeat The Golden Star

When any smaller monsters appear on the battlefield during the battle, take care of them instantly. If you do not, then they will soon surround you, and the boss battle will become really difficult for you. Once the area is clear, focus on the dragon.
There are glowing pillars around the arena from which you can throw spears at the Golden Star Dragon. The dragon can easily dodge your spears. But if you get near it, then you will be able to lock it with the spear, making it easy for you to attack it.
Watch The Dragon’s Attacks
This dragon has a number of moves that it changes between, so it is important that you watch the dragon whenever you can. In addition to this, you can press the camera button on your controller in order to get a better look at your surroundings.
One move that is particularly dangerous is when the dragon breathes fire. This dragon will burn an area with its breath, so you have to move away from it immediately. Moreover, if the dragon’s fire touches any of the burning pillars, it is not advisable to grab a spear from it. It is simply going to cause you damage and will not allow you to pick up the spear until it burns out.
Fill The Stagger Meter
Below the health bar of the dragon, there is a yellow bar known as the stagger bar. The aim here is to fill up this bar by hitting the dragon repeatedly using the spears. Once you have filled this bar up, the dragon becomes vulnerable for a short period of time.
In this time frame, you will have to go near the dragon and use the skill called “Turning Slash.” In this way, you will be able to deal some of the best damage possible during the stagger stage. After using the Turning Slash, you need to continue attacking. Once you start losing stamina, use the faster attacks.
Second Phase
Once the Golden Star Dragon reaches around half health, the fight continues with the same basic strategy. You should continue throwing spears to increase the stagger gauge, avoid attacks from the dragon, and then punish it when it is staggered.
At this point in the battle, the dragon uses a bigger area-effect fire attack that creates huge circles of flames in the environment. Fortunately, avoiding this attack is easy since you just need to step away from the location where the flames were created and wait for them to disappear.
In addition to its fire attack, the fire breath of the dragon is easy to avoid because you can see it well before it starts attacking. Once you notice the dragon is preparing its attack, move out of the way. Another attack to look out for is the dragon’s projectile attack, which is fast but not hard to avoid.
