How to Use the Pump Room to Drain Pool
The Pump Room in Blue Prince lets you control the water flow throughout the Mt. Holly estate. Using the control panel and pumps inside, you can fill or drain areas like the pool and kitchen. To access the spot where you can drain the reservoir, you’ll first need to unlock the underground area, this is where the boat is docked. But before you can ride it, the water level needs to be lowered. Just head to the Pump Room and use the controls to drop the water level.
How to the Drain Pool
The Pump Room lets you control the water levels of both the reservoir and the fountain. To dock properly, the water needs to be at level 13. But if you want to use the boat and explore the underground area, you’ll need to lower the reservoir to level 6.
Here’s how to do it:
- Start by using the first tank to drain 4 levels from the reservoir. That’ll bring it down to level 9.
- Next, fill the fountain using both the first and second tanks.
- Drain the kitchen using the second tank.
- Now, switch the reservoir over to the second tank and drain one more level. That puts it at level 8.
- Fill the first tank with 2 levels of water by pulling from the reserve tank.
- Finally, drain the last 2 levels from the reservoir into the first tank.
Once you’ve lowered the water to level 6, you’ll be able to hop on the boat and cruise through the underground section of Blue Prince to explore further.
