The hunt for a strong defence and a pirate stronghold led to Julien du Casse, the Templar. Edward Kenway must infiltrate the heavily guarded Jungle Camp of Great Inagua to hunt down and eliminate Du Casse to secure the Galleon.
How to Get the Quest
This quest triggers automatically in the main storyline after completing the “Proper Defence” quest.
It starts directly on the Jackdaw. Dive into the water, swim to the shoreline of Great Inagua. Make your way towards the stone structure ahead, and scaling the walls will lead directly to the restricted jungle, as shown in the image below.
After clearing the wooden beams, cross the stone bridge and climb up the wooden structure onto the upper stone platform, grab the stone ledge, and shimmy to your left as indicated by the arrows in the image below.
Once you have scaled the wall to reach the next stone platform, turn towards the wooden beams and leap across the beam onto the broken wooden bridge and land safely at the top to enter the jungle. Crouch and slip into the tall grass field and follow the arrows in the image below.
Following the arrows will lead to the stone platform. Drop down from the elevated platform. Follow the black arrow into the grassy forest path. At the end of the pathway near the boulder, turn right and follow the natural dirt path. Keep in mind that before advancing, clear the guard to proceed further, see the image below.
Once the path is clear, follow the arrow in the image below until you reach the cliff’s edge. Lead off the edge onto the land of the broken bridge on the other side, and head right to reach the next outpost.
The path ahead remains clear until the next outpost. To advance safely, take out the guard in front and head right, climb up the slanted tree trunk, taking the high ground. From there, look across to your right, and leap from the current branch to land on the wooden tree platform, as shown in the image below.
Drop down from the wooden platform into the grass field to head into the rocky tunnel to reach the mansion. Refer to the screenshot.
Climb onto the roof of the mansion and head to the opposite edge, where the guards are enslaving locals. Help the locals by neutralize the guards.
Head to the dock where Du Casse is on the Galleon, and finish him off to be the lord of Great Inagua.
