Hidden items in Pokémon FireRed & LeafGreen can be a hassle to find if you don’t know the right location. But don’t worry, for your ease, we’ve listed all the hidden items you can find in the game below:
Viridian Forest (Antidote & Potion)
There are two items you can find in Viridian Forest: an Antidote and a Potion.
Antidote

At the entrance, you’ll find a tree where the Antidote can be found easily. You won’t have to go far to collect this one.
Potion

For the Potion, you’ll need to go to the northwestern part of the forest. There, you’ll find a patch of grass with trees lined up on both sides; you’ll find the Potion next to the trees on the left.
Pewter City (Poké Ball)


In Pewter City, the item you can find is a Poké Ball. From the entrance, follow a straight path, and then turn left at the corner. Keep going until you come across a house with a pink roof, beside which you’ll find a light colored patch in the grass. This is where you’ll find the Poké Ball.
Route 3 (Oran Berry)

While going through Route 3, the hidden item you’ll find is an Oran Berry. To get this, you’ll need to head west and try to find a trainer wearing a yellow colored hat; you’ll find the Oran Berry here.
Route 4 (Persim Berry)

In this route, you’ll find the Persim Berry. After taking this route, you’ll need to locate the Pokémon Center, and to its left, you’ll find three rocks lying together on the green grass; you’ll find the Persim Berry here.
Mt. Moon (Ether & Moon Stone)
In Mt. Moon, you can find two hidden items: one is Ether and the other is Moon Stone.
Ether


After you start, go straight to BF2 by using the second ladder, and you’ll come across the Ether that can be found near a rock.
Moon Stone


The Moon Stone, too, can be found in BF2. Go down the final ladder in the area and go toward the steps that take you to the two fossils. Just before those steps, to the right, you’ll find a rock stuck in a narrow path; this is where you’ll find the Moon Stone.
Route 4 After Mt. Moon (Great Ball & Razz Berry)
There are two hidden items you can get on Route 4 after Mt. Moon. One is the Great Ball and the other is the Razz Berry.
Great Ball

For the Great Ball, you’ll need to go straight to where the Mega Punch Kick tutors are. There, you’ll find the Great Ball right in front of the wall.
Razzy Berry

To get the Razzy Berry, you’ll need to head toward the south. You’ll find a cluster of trees to your right, and there the Razz Berry can be found.
Cerulean City (Rare Candy)

In Cerulean City, you’ll be able to find the Rare Candy. Follow the stream of water and enter the blue-roofed house, and walk through it. This will lead you to an area where you’ll find flowers, and among them is the Rare Candy.
Route 24 (Pecha Berry)


Whilst taking Route 24, you’ll be able to find the Pecha Berry. Go straight from the entrance, turn right, and then go up to where Route 25 begins. You’ll find the Pecha Berry on a green patch at the top.
Route 25 (Elixir & Oran Berry)
There are two hidden items, Elixir and Oran Berry, that you can find on Route 25.
Elixir

You’ll find the Elixir at the entrance itself, near the wall where there are two bushes and a couple of trainers roaming around.
Oran Berry

To get the Oran Berry, follow a straight path, and you’ll come across some flowers. You’ll find the Oran Berry toward the flowers you’ll find at the bottom.
Route 6 (Rare Candy & Sitrus Berry)
On Route 6, you’ll be able to find two hidden items: one Rare Candy and one Sitrus Berry.
Sitrus Berry

For the Sitrus Berry, you’ll need to go to the northwestern part, and there, you’ll find a house with a white fence on its left side. This is where the Sitrus Berry can be found.
Rare Candy

To get the Rare Candy, go to the house’s right side, and you’ll find another white fence; this is where the Rare Candy can be found.
Vermilion City (Max Ether)

In Vermilion City, you’ll be able to find a Max Ether. As you enter, you’ll come across a Pokémon Center, and directly in front of it is a water body; you’ll find the Max Ether here.
S. S. Anne (Hyper Potion, Pecha Berry, Cheri Berry, and Chesto Berry)
S. S. Anne has four hidden items for you. There’s Hyper Potion, Pecha Berry, Cheri Berry, and Chesto Berry.
Hyper Potion


To get the Hyper Potion, start from the entrance and head to the bottom, where the stairs are. Use the stairs to go down, and you’ll find the Hyper Potion in the right corner.
Pecha Berry


Now, exit the area using the same stairs again, go left, then go down until you come across the kitchen entrance. Go inside, and you’ll find the Pecha Berry in the trash can.
Cheri Berry

If you move to the next trash can, you’ll find the Cheri Berry easily.
Chesto Berry

And when you move to the third and final trash can, you’ll find the Chesto Berry.
Route 11 (Escape Rope)

During Route 11, you’ll be able to find an Escape Rope. From the entrance, keep going straight until you come across a house that has a white fence at the upper portion. Beyond that fence, you’ll find a rock with the Escape Rope.
Route 9 (Ether, Chesto Berry, and Rare Candy)
On Route 9, you’ll find three hidden items, namely: Ether, Chesto Berry, and Rare Candy.
Ether

To get the Ether, go straight to the western end, where you’ll find some green grass patches and a rock. The Ether can be found here.
Chesto Berry

Now, to get the Chesto Berry, you’ll need to go northwest, where there is a big wall and green grass growing; you’ll find the Chesto Berry against the wall.
Rare Candy

For the Rare Candy, go right from where you found the Chesto Berry, and you’ll easily find the Rare Candy.
Route 10 (Persim Berry, Super Potion, and Cheri Berry)
On Route 10, you’ll be able to find three hidden items: Persim Berry, Super Potion, and Cheri Berry.
Persim Berry

As you start, you’ll notice a stream of water flowing to your right (southeast), lined with fences. You’ll find the Persim Berry here.
Super Potion

Now, for the Super Potion, you’ll need to go toward the Pokémon Center, where you’ll find several trees lined up. Cut the one at the top, and you’ll get the Super Potion.
Cheri Berry

Cutting the tree lets you access the left side of the area from where you can travel to the center; you’ll find the Cheri Berry here.
Route 10 After the Dark Tunnel (Nanab Berry)

There is one hidden item you can get on Route 10 after crossing the dark tunnel, and that is the Nanab Berry. Once you emerge from the dark tunnel, go right toward the walls where there is a green patch; you’ll find Nanab Berry here.
Route 8 (Leppa Berry, Rawst Berry, and Lum Berry)
On Route 8, you’ll be able to find three hidden items, namely: Leppa Berry, Rawst Berry, and Lum Berry.
Leppa Berry


From the entrance, take the left path, and you’ll come across a sort of garden that’s surrounded by fencing, and at its entrance is a tree. Cut down the tree to gain access to the area, and go to the lower right side to find the Leppa Berry.
Rawst Berry

In the same garden, go toward the upper right side (a little closer to the center), and you will find the Rawst Berry among the flowers.
Lum Berry

To get the Lum Berry, you’ll need to turn to the upper left corner, and you’ll find it on the grass there.
Route 7 (Wepear Berry)

On Route 7, you’ll be able to find a Wepear Berry. From the entrance, go right, and you’ll come across a fence; this is where you’ll find the Wepear Berry.
Celadon City (PP Up)


In Celadon City, you’ll be able to find a PP Up. Once you enter, follow the cemented path, then take the path between the two houses, and go towards the east end, where there are a lot of trees. You’ll find the PP Up here.
Celadon Game Corner (12 Different Areas for Collecting Coins)
100× Coins

From the starting area, if you go toward the Pokémon printer, you’ll easily find 100× coins there.
10× Coins

After getting the first 100× coins, turn left, and you’ll immediately find 10× coins.
10× Coins

After getting the 10× coins, go between the two rows of chairs, and you’ll find 10× coins.
40× Coins

If you go further right, you’ll come across a big purple colored table where 40× coins can be found.
10× Coins

After getting the 40× coins, go right and towards the northwestern part of the area. There, you’ll find a person in black and 10× coins.
10× Coins

Now go towards the reception area, and you’ll find another 10× coins easily.
20× Coins

From the reception, head toward another aisle, and near the blue office chairs, you’ll find 20× coins.
10× Coins

Go a little further between the blue chairs, and you’ll find an old man sitting on one of them. This is where you’ll get 10× coins.
10× Coins

If you go to the northwest corner, at the very end, where there is a potted plant, you’ll find 10× coins.

From the reception, go to the aisle where there’s another set of blue chairs, and to your right, you’ll find 10× coins near the person wearing a hat.
20×Coins

Go a little further toward the bottom after getting coins from the person wearing a hat, and you’ll get 20× coins at the last blue chair on the left.
10× Coins

If you go further down and take a right turn, you’ll find another 10× coins closer to the bottom.
Rocket Hideout (PP Up, Nugget, Net Ball, and Nest Ball)
In Rocket Hideout, you’ll be able to get four hidden items easily: PP Up, Nugget, Net Ball, and Nest Ball.
PP Up

From the entrance, head to the southeastern part, and you’ll find some potted plants on both sides. The PP Up can be found on the last plant that’s on the right.
Nugget

From the starting area, go to the B3F area, and head straight toward the machine that’s placed at the corner. You’ll find Nugget here.
Net Ball

To get the Net Ball, you’ll need to take different stairs and elevators and go to B4F. You’ll reach an office area where there’s a desk and some potted plants placed in the area; you’ll find the Net Ball toward the left between two plants.
Nest Ball

For the Nest Ball, you’ll need to look at the plants on the right side of the office, and you’ll find the Nest Ball.
Pokemon Tower Lavender City (Big Mushroom & Soothe Bell)
The Pokémon Tower in Lavender City houses two hidden items: Big Mushroom and Soothe Bell.
Big Mushroom

From the starting point, go right, take the stairs to reach the foggy area, where, in the top left corner, you’ll find a Big Mushroom.
Soothe Bell


After getting the Big Mushroom, head southeast, and you’ll find a staircase. Use it to go to the next level, then use the stairs there to reach the level where Soothe Bell can be found. Everything in this area is golden and purple. You’ll need to go to the upper side where there are two pillars, start digging here, and you’ll find the Soothe Bell.
Silph Co. In Safron (Ultra Ball, Protein, Iron, PP Up, Elixir, Carbos, Zinc, Nugget, Calcium, HP Up, Revive)
There are eleven hidden items that you can find in Silph Co. In Safron.
Ultra Ball

To get the Ultra Ball, you’ll need to go to Silph Co. 2F and from there, head to the bottom left area where there are two potted plants. You’ll find the Ultra Ball here in between the plants.
Protein

For this hidden item, you have to go to Silph Co. 3F, and go to the bottom right corner, where there are three potted plants. You’ll be able to find a Protein near the plants.
Iron

To get Iron, you’ll need to head to Silph Co. 4F. Go to the bottom right part of the area, and you’ll find two plants there; the Iron can be found near the plant that’s closest to the bottom.
PP Up

To get the PP Up Silph Co. 5F, you’ll need to go to the office area that’s in the middle, and on the upper right corner, you’ll find a potted plant; the PP Up can be found here.
Elixir

After you get the PP Up, go to the southwest part of Silph Co. 5F’s office area, and you’ll be able to find Elixir in the corner near the plant closest to the bottom.
Carbos

To get Carbos, you’ll need to go to Silph Co. 6F. From the entrance, go towards the upper left corner of the area, and you’ll come across two potted plants and some machines placed in that space. You’ll find Carbos near the plant that’s on the left.
Zinc

To get Zinc, you’ll need to head to Silph Co. 7F. Once there, go to the office area that’s on the upper right corner, and you’ll find Zinc near the two plants on the left side of that area.
Nugget

To get Nugget, you’ll need to go to Silph Co. 8F. Go straight to the office space that’s on the bottom right corner of the area, and you’ll find an employee hiding behind one of the two plants placed there. The Nugget can be found with the employee.
Calcium

To acquire Calcium, you’ll need to go to Silph Co. 9F. Head to the bottom left area of the map, and you’ll find the entrance to a sitting area there. Go inside, and you’ll see two plants placed on the left side; this is where Calcium can be found.
HP Up

To get HP Up, Silph Co. 10F is the place you’ll need to go. Just head to the office area in the upper right side, and you’ll find a painting on the wall with a plant placed right in front of it. This is where you’ll find the HP Up.
Revive

To get Revive, you’ll need to make your way to Silph Co. 11F. At the bottom right corner, you’ll find three plants lined up together; Revive can be found here.
Safron City Copy Cats House (Nugget)


In the Safron City Copy Cats House, you’ll be able to get a Nugget. From the entrance, go northwest to find three yellow houses lined up together. Enter the one in the middle with the purple door, and use the stairs to reach a room where Pikachu and Jigglypuff are present. There’s a desk in the upper left corner of the room where you’ll be able to find a Nugget.
Route 16 (Leftovers)

During Route 16, you get one hidden item, and that is Leftovers. From the entrance, you’ll need to follow the path on the left, and you’ll find a house in front of which there are some green bushes lined up (the exact place where Snorlax slept). Your Itemfinder will alert you that something’s there. Once you start digging, you’ll find Leftovers.
Route 17 (Full Restore, PP Up, Max Revive, Rare Candy, and Max Elixir)
On Route 17, you’ll be able to find five hidden items: Full Restore, PP Up, Max Revive, Rare Candy, and Max Elixir.
Full Restore

From the starting point, go to the center, and get on the yellow path that’s lined with flowing water on both sides. On the same path, toward the right, you’ll find a sign where Full Restore can be found.
PP Up

To get the PP Up, you’ll need to go to the bike path on the left, directly opposite the sign from where you got the Full Restore, and you’ll find the PP Up there.
Max Revive

Go to the southern end of the left bike path. The Max Revive is located on the left side of the path, from where a path branches off toward the right.
Fuchsia City (Max Revive)


In Fuchsia City, you’ll be able to find Max Revive. To find it, you’ll need to walk through the Fishing Guru’s older brother’s house and go to its backyard. There, you’ll find three flowers clustered together with the Max Revive.
Safari Zone (Leaf Stone & Revive)
In the Safari Zone, you’ll be able to get two hidden items, Leaf Stone and Revive.
Leaf Stone

To get the Leaf Stone, you’ll need to go north from the entrance, and there you’ll find a water body with an island in the center. You’ll need to surf to the center and get the Leaf Stone.
Revive


To get Revive, go left from your current position and towards another water body on the northwestern side. Surf through it, go to the other side, and you’ll come across a yellow-roofed house. There’s a yellow patch in front of the house, you’ll find Revive here.
Route 13 (PP Up)

There’s only one hidden item you’ll be able to find on Route 13. Go to the bottom, and in the middle, you’ll find a water body beside which there is white fencing and a sign on the left side. You’ll find the PP Up here.
Route 14 (Pinap Berry & Zinc)
There are two hidden items you can find during Route 14: Pinap Berry and Zinc.
Pinap Berry

Go straight toward the bottom right corner where the white fences are and you’ll find the Pinap Berry there.
Zinc


Go northwest, and you’ll find a long fence at the left side. There’s a tree blocking your way to an area with green grass patches. Cut down the tree and access the area to find Zinc.
Power Plant (Elixir & Thunderstone)
In the Power Plant, you’ll be able to find two hidden items: Max Elixir and Thunderstone.
Max Elixir

To get the Max Elixir, you’ll need to go to the center of the Power Plant, where there is a room with multiple machines. The Max Elixir is found here.
Thunderstone

For Thunderstone, you’ll need to go to a room that’s on the northwestern corner. Inside, you’ll find a turbine in front of which Zapdos is sitting. The Thunderstone can be found here.
Seafoam Islands (Nugget & Water Stone)
On the Seafoam Islands, you’ll be able to find two hidden items: Nugget and Water Stone.
Nugget

To get Nugget, you’ll need to go to B3F on the Seafoam Islands, and there, in front of three rocks, you’ll find Nugget.
Water Stone

For the Water Stone, head to B4F, and go to its center. There, you’ll find a water body engulfing you from two sides, and near its edge is a ladder and three rocks. The Water Stone is found here.
Pokémon Mansion – Cinnabar Island (Moon Stone, Rare Candy, and Elixir)
Inside the Pokémon Mansion on Cinnabar Island, you’ll be able to find three hidden items: Moon Stone, Rare Candy, and Elixir.
Moon Stone

After entering the mansion, go to the left, and you’ll find some rocks lying there. The Moon Stone can be found near a small rock.
Rare Candy

Take the stairs on the right and go to the third floor. On the bottom-right corner, you’ll find a wall against which the Rare Candy can be found.
Elixir

To get the Elixir, you’ll need to head to the basement of the Pokémon Mansion. Go to the basement’s northeast section and there you’ll find a statue against the left wall; directly opposite to it, you’ll find the Elixir.
Two Island (Rare Candy & PP Max)
On Two Island, you’ll be able to find two hidden items: Rare Candy and PP Max.
Rare Candy

To get the Rare Candy, you’ll need to head northeast, and there, on the edge of a small elevated area with a purple-roofed house, you’ll find the Rare Candy.
PP Max


Right in front of the house, you’ll find a water body which you’ll need to surf through. While surfing, you’ll find a small yellow patch on the right side, stop there, and start digging to find the PP Max.
Three Island (PP Up & Max Repel)
There are two hidden items you’ll be able to find on Three Island. One is PP Up and the other one is Max Repel.
PP Up


To start your search, you’ll need to head northwest and reach the Bond Bridge area. There, you’ll find a sign with logs lined up in front of it. These logs act like a fencing system for an area that’s filled with trees and to access it, you’ll need to cut down a small tree that’s at the left side. After you enter the area, go to the top-right corner to find a PP Up.
Max Repel


Now, exit the area and go further up, where there are green grass patches growing together. Stay to your left and keep going until you come across trees lined up at the top. You’ll find a rock here that’ll be blocking your path to a certain section of trees. This is where you’ll find Max Repel.
Berry Forest Three Island (Oran Berry, Persim Berry, Pinap Berry, Aspear Berry, Bluk Berry, Wepear Berry, and Cheri Berry)
In the Berry Forest Three Island area, you’ll be able to find seven hidden items. There’s Oran Berry, Persim Berry, Pinap Berry, Aspear Berry, Bluk Berry, Wepear Berry, and Cheri Berry.
Oran Berry

To get the Oran Berry, head to the northeast side where there’s a cluster of trees growing together; you’ll find the Oran Berry here.
Persim Berry

Now, you’ll need to go a little towards the bottom where you’ll find green patches of grass together on the left side and the Persim Berry to its right, close to a tree.
Pinap Berry

After getting the Persim Berry, head upward, and you’ll find some more grass patches. But this time, the patches are growing on the right side and the Pinap Berry could be found on the left, near a tree.
Aspear Berry

To get the Aspear Berry, go to the upper-left corner of the area that’s lined with trees. Here, you’ll find the Aspear Berry in between two trees that are on the right side.
Bluk Berry

After getting the Aspear Berry, go a little further down, keeping to your left, and you’ll find the Bluk Berry near the area where three trees are growing together. The Bluk Berry is near the tree in the middle.
Wepear Berry

If you keep going downwards, you’ll eventually reach a small water body where there is a sign on the left side. This is where you’ll find the Wepear Berry.
Cheri Berry

After getting the Wepear Berry, if you move a little upward to the right, you’ll find the Cheri Berry right in front of a set of three trees.
Viridian City Gym (Macho Brace)


In the Viridian City Gym, you’ll be able to find one hidden item and that is the Macho Brace. Once you enter the gym, go to its upper-left corner. There, your Itemfinder will notify you that there’s something buried in the area. Dig the small yellow patch present there and you’ll find the Macho Brace.
Route 23 (Leppa Berry, Max Ether, Ultra Ball, Aspear Berry, Full Restore, and Sitrus Berry)
On Route 23, you’ll be able to find six hidden items: Leppa Berry, Max Ether, Ultra Ball, Aspear Berry, Full Restore, and Sitrus Berry.
Leppa Berry


Once you cross the Thunderbadge Gate, start walking to the left, and you’ll find the Leppa Berry near some trees.
Max Ether


To get the Max Ether, you’ll need to cross the Soulbadge gate whilst surfing and reach the small island in the middle of the water body. This is where you’ll find Max Ether.
Ultra Ball


To get the Ultra Ball, you’ll need to cross the Marshbadge Gate, and then go to the upper-right corner. There, you’ll find a wall with a statue on either side; this is where you’ll find Ultra Ball.
Aspear Berry

After you get the Ultra Ball, go left and you’ll find some rocks and patches of green grass. The Aspear Berry can be found in the middle here.
Full Restore


To get Full Restore, you’ll need to cross the Volcanobadge Gate and go to the upper-right corner. There, you’ll find a rock placed in front of a wall; this is where Full Restore can be found.
Sitrus Berry

After you cross the Earthbadge Gate, you’ll find a sign on the left corner right before the entrance to a different area. The Sitrus Berry is found near this sign.
