In this quest, Celeste needs your help to find a few of her missing journals that were left behind in dangerous areas. You’ll have to travel across the Dam Battlegrounds, searching two separate outposts, one deep in the swamp and another overlooking the Red Lakes. It’s a straightforward recovery mission, but you’ll need to stay alert and make sure you don’t lose the journals on your way back.
Celeste’s Journal Quest Guide
Celeste is the one who will assign you this mission to recover two old journals of hers. One is placed very far down in the South Swamp Outpost, and the other is north in the past, where there’s an outpost at the Red Lakes sight. Once you’ve managed to grab both journals, bring them back to Celeste to complete the job. For the quest, there are going to be two locations you will have to go to on the map of Dam Battlegrounds, one in the south and the other very far to the north.
Retrieve Celeste’s Journal from the South Swamp Outpost
The starting point is the southern area, the South Swamp Outpost. Enter the collapsed structure, and you will see the very first journal of Celeste lying directly on a bed.
Be sure to take it and then put it in your “safe” pocket so that if anything happens, you won’t lose it on your way out.
Retrieve Celeste’s Journal from the Northern Outpost
Then head to the northern outpost that overlooks the Red Lakes. Once again, go into the building where the journal is on the bed, just like before.
When you get the book, again, place it in your safe pocket for safekeeping. Come back and give the journals to Celeste once you have both of them. The Magnetic Accelerator, three Heavy Gun Parts, and an Exodus Module will be given to you as a reward for your help.
