All Memory Locket Locations in Hollow Knight: Silksong

Memory Lockets are really useful in Hollow Knight: Silksong because they let you carry more Tools on your Crests. Each one you collect adds an extra slot, but once you use a Locket, it’s permanent so choose carefully which Crest to upgrade. In this guide, we’ll show you where to find all 20 Memory Lockets and how to get them.

All Memory Locket Locations

Memory Lockets let you carry more Tools at once. To use them, head into the Crest menu.

Each Crest has circles that represent different Tool types. When you spend a Memory Locket, you’ll unlock one of those circles for that Crest. Keep in mind:

  • The upgrade only applies to the Crest you choose.
  • Once you use a Locket, it’s permanent; you can’t get it back.

So, make sure you’re expanding the Crest you actually want before committing. When you’re ready, select the Crest you want to upgrade and hold down the button shown. The circle will change into the Tool’s symbol. After that, you can equip a Tool to it the next time you sit at a bench.
