The vampire survival RPG V Rising just got a major update with a brand-new area: Oakveil Woodlands. What used to be a peaceful forest is now full of creepy vibes, dangerous enemies, and dark secrets, thanks to a spreading corruption. At the center of the chaos is Megara, the Serpent Queen, and her deadly crew, the Venom Blades. Players will need to gear up, rebuild their castles, harness the power of venom sap, and take the fight to Megara in her eerie ritual hideout.

One of the coolest new features is Blood Reborn—blood types have been totally revamped, and there’s even a new one: Corrupted Blood! You can now build a Blood Homogenizer in your castle to mix and match different bloods, giving you more options and control in battle but to unlock the recipe you’ll need to defeat Lucile the Venom Alchemist first. This guide will help you with everything you need to know about unlocking and using the Blood Homogenizer in V Rising 1.1!

How to Unlock the Blood Homogenizer in V Rising 1.1

To unlock the Blood Hemogenizer, you must defeat Lucile the Venom Alchemist-one of the toughest bosses in the game. She’s located in the Venom Mixing Outpost within the Oakveil Woodlands.

What makes this battle especially challenging is her unique mechanic involving random elixir drops. Throughout the fight, Lucile hurls potions that either grant her powerful buffs or trigger devastating attacks. To survive and gain the upper hand, you’ll need to use the right elixirs at the right moments to counter her effects.

Defeating Lucile grants you access to the Blood Hemogenizer structure, along with valuable new crafting options and consumables.

Resources Required to Build the Blood Homogenizer 

Once you’ve unlocked the recipe by defeating Lucile the Venom Alchemist , you build the Blood Homogenizer using the below resources:

  • 1 Primal Blood Essence
  • 8 Dark Silver Ingot
  • 8 Glass
  • 32 Venom Sap

This incredible device lets you merge two blood types, granting you the combined benefits of both. Ever dreamed of mixing the Rogue’s speed with the Warrior’s strength? Now it’s possible.

How it Works

Blood Homogenizer (Act 4 Addition)

Once unlocked in Act 4, the Blood Homogenizer allows players to mix any two types of blood.

You input a primary and secondary blood of your choice.

The player gains all bonuses from the primary blood.

Additionally, the player gains the Trait 4 bonus and one selected bonus (T1, T2, or T3) from the secondary blood.

Example:

  • Primary: Rogue
  • Secondary: Brute

You automatically get the T4 parry effect from Brute and can choose one from:

  • T1: Attack Speed
  • T2: Damage Reduction
  • T3: Increased Health

Reworked Blood Types

All eight previous blood types have been reworked with the addition of a new one; read along for more details:

Rogue

l : 16% increased physical critical chance and 8% increased physical critical power. 

ll : 8% increased movement speed and gain 10% additional speed for 3s when striking a killing blow.

lll : 14% increased veil cooldown rate. 100% increased physical critical chance after using a veil. 

lV : 50% chance on critical strike to expose victims armor, increasing damage taken from all sources by 15% for 4s.

V : Boost all above effects by 20% and increases the maximum cap of blood effects with an equal amount. 

Warrior 

l : 10% increased physical power and veil attacks deal 30% bonus damage. 

ll : 14% increased weapon cooldown rate and 5% increased weapon skill leech.

lll : 16% increased weapon skill power and 24% increased damage when striking enemies at full health. 

lV : 12 increased weapon charge gain.

V : Boost all above effects by 20% and increases the maximum cap of blood effects with an equal amount. 

Scholar 

l : 14% increased spell power and 10% shield efficiency.

ll : 14% increased spell cooldown rate and shield self for 25% of your spell power when casting a spell.

lll : 20% ultimate power and reset your spell cooldowns when using an ultimate.

lV : 12 increased spell charge gain.

V : Boost all above effects by 20% and increases the maximum cap of blood effects with an equal amount. 

Draculin

l : 14% increased spell power and 8% increased spell critical power.

ll : 16% increased spell critical chance and spell hits grants 8% movement speed for 8s. 

lll : 10% increased spell leech and 3% increased spell charge gain.

lV : Spell critical strike hits increases spell cooldown rate by 40% for 3s.

V : Boost all above effects by 20% and increases the maximum cap of blood effects with an equal amount.

Mutant

l : 14% increased spell power and 10% increased shapeshift speed.

ll : 28% increased ultimate cooldown rate and spawn 2x mutant rats that fight by your side when casting an ultimate. 

lll : 20% ultimate power and 12% increased minion damage. 

lV : 7% increased veil cooldown rate and landing a veil attack reduces ultimate cooldown by 7s. 

V : Boost all above effects by 20% and increases the maximum cap of blood effects with an equal amount.

Creature 

l : 16% increased maximum health and 40% increased health regeneration.

ll : 8% increased movement speed and 8% increased shapeshift speed.

lll : 24% increased healing received and 20 increased all resistances.

lV : Bite heals you for 5% of your maximum health and temporarily increases your attack speed and physical damage output by 25%.

V : Boost all above effects by 20% and increases the maximum cap of blood effects with an equal amount.

Brute 

l : 14% increased primary attack speed and gain 5% increased physical power.

ll : 10% primary attack life leech and 4% increased damage reduction.

lll : 16% increased maximum health. Heal self for 5% of your victim’s health when striking a killing blow.

lV : 15% chance to parry an attack reducing damage taken by 25%. Parrying an attack increases your own physical power by 20% for 3.5s.

V : Boost all above effects by 20% and increases the maximum cap of blood effects with an equal amount.

Worker

l : 24% increased resource yield.

ll : 24% increased damage against resource objects.

lll : 16% increased mount speed.

lV : 3% chance to instantly destroy a resource node and trigger a burst of speed.

V : Boost all above effects by 20% and increases the maximum cap of blood effects with an equal amount.

Corrupted (new)

l : 25%-50% reduced damage taken from Corrupted attacks and gain 5% life leech but you suffer 10% increased damage taken from all other sources.

ll : Reduces the maximum amount of vile corruption stacks by 4-8 but you suffer 50%-100% increased blood drain rate.

lll : 12% increased movement speed and 18% increased attack speed but there is a 25% chance when taking damage to trigger an eruption inflicting a 2s snare.

lV : Spell and weapon charge gain increased by 15 but there is a 30% chance to spawn a shadow that attacks you when using an ability.

V : Boost all above effects by 20% and increases the maximum cap of blood effects with an equal amount.
