How to Find the Chimera in Path of Exile 2
Your journey will begin in the Chimera Wetlands, where the task is straightforward: go through from the Ziggurat to the jungle, which will eventually lead you to ruined temples. Continuing along this path will bring you to the Chimera’s location.
The battle against the Chimera is challenging and demands preparation. One of the best strategies is to take advantage of co-op mode. If you have a friend who can join you, teamwork can make the encounter significantly easier and more manageable.
How to Defeat the Chimera to Get the Inscribed Ultimatum in Path of Exile 2
- From time to time, during the battle, the Chimera will bow its head and blast you with an ice breath that moves on the ground. The only way for you to avoid it is to move out of its way, if you are caught in it, the damage can be serious because it reduces your movement, further making it hard to dodge other attacks of the monster.
- Your goal during this phase is to wait until the Chimera has jumped onto one of the pillars near you. Once it does, concentrate on destroying that pillar to disrupt its positioning and cause harm.
- This monster has a significant amount of HP, and with its multiple heads, it can attack using ice, fire, and possibly lightning, making it difficult to counter with a single Charm. However, if you’re going to use one, the Ice Charm is highly recommended.
