In Control Resonant, the trophy for Psychic Domination will require you to take advantage of the Command ability on a Breaker enemy. The Command ability will be unlocked only after you defeat a boss from the Unknown Zone, but to earn the trophy, you must also debuff the appropriate enemy first. This guide explains how to unlock the Command ability and where you can find a Breaker to complete the trophy.
Psychic Domination Trophy

The Psychic Domination trophy is unlocked when you take control of a Breaker enemy through the use of your mind control power in Control Resonant. The mind control power is unlocked when you defeat the boss in the Unknown Zone.
After unlocking the power, search for a location that contains a Breaker enemy. The Breaker will resemble a Hiss enemy with a bus-like body. You can also use the power on Hiss Ruiners for the trophy. There is one guaranteed spawn in Central, just east of the Patterned Factory.
You must attack the Breaker using your regular attacks until it loses some of its health; then, use your mind control power on it. Take care not to use your mind control power on other enemies but on the Breaker.
To use the Control power, press up on the D-Pad. This only works if the purple head icon has a full charge, and to charge it up, you need to collect the purple Command Charges. Each time you use the Control power, you need to find more Command Charges to power it up.
How To Get Command Skill

When you’re able to investigate The Unknown, you will receive a mission entitled The Unknown Resonant. The mission will lead you to battle the Co-Director boss, which is the final boss of the game. In case you can’t find the boss, you need to complete the Pope’s questline and locate all the balloons. This will help you reach the Evac Building Island and, ultimately, the Field Office where the Co-Director resides.
