Running out of oxygen is the fastest way to end a supply run. Increasing your oxygen lets you explore deep, stay longer underwater and reach blueprints that drive progression. This guide shows exactly how to boost your oxygen levels so that you can spend more time exploring rather than sprinting to the surface.
Increasing Oxygen Capacity

To increase your oxygen capacity, you need to craft a Standard Air Tank, which can be done very early in the game. You just need to explore a bit to find the materials needed to craft the air tank, which are titanium, rubber and silver. Titanium is a very common resource and can be found very easily.
Obtaining Rubber

You can craft rubber using the Lucifer Rotsac at the fabricator. It looks like a glowing yellow orb as shown in the above image.
Obtaining Silver

The best location to find silver early in the game is to head towards North of Lifepod and you can find few deposits of silver. It’s grey in color like titanium but silver is triangular shaped as shown in the above picture.
Once you have all the required resources, you can craft the Standard Air Tank which will be automatically equipped and increase your oxygen capacity to 75 seconds.
