Crafting first aid requires you to have a fully functional fabricator as the fabricator in Lifepod has limitations. And to get a fully functional fabricator, you first need to build a base and then build a fabricator inside the base.
Crafting Basic First Aid Kit
Crafting the Basic First Aid kit only requires 1 material, Fiber. You can craft fiber using the fibrous pulp you get by harvesting the plants like Whip Gorgon, then use the fiber to craft the basic first aid kit. Using a basic first aid kit restores 50 health.
Crafting Enhanced First Aid Kit
Enhanced First Aid kits require 1 additional material along with fiber, Medical Gel Sac. You can get a medical gel sac by harvesting the stem of the Acidic Raion Pouch, which is at the center and green in color as shown in the above image. This first aid kit restores 100 health upon usage.
