• You need to stand near the entrance with a broom in hand and investigate all the customers leaving your store. 
• If you spot a customer with the red X symbol and might even taunt you, you need to run after them and hit them several times till they drop the stolen products
• You will know that the thief doesn’t have any more items to drop when the X symbol on top of their head disappears.
• Later on, you can install the Anti Theft System on your door. This will detect any customer who has left the store without payment and inform you about the culprit. 
• You can add this device from your tablet and it costs 900$. If the system works, then you can chase down the culprit and hit them repeatedly. 
• Thieves usually walk around in a fixed area twice before running away, giving you enough time to chase them down.
