Unique weapons are powerful gear with special perks, boosted stats, and a unique look. They are hidden all over the map, usually tucked away in hard-to-reach spots or guarded by tough bosses. How To Get Gloom Skewer Unique Weapon (Cockroach Queen)
The Gloom Skewer is a powerful, upgraded spear, great for taking down ants and cockroaches. It is located deep within the Toxic Anthill, but be prepared, the Cockroach Queen is watching over it.
To get there, head to the South Entrance of the Toxic Anthill, which is in the Snackbar Front area. Once you are inside, take the first left and follow the tunnel. Keep going until you reach a room with two spray cans and a donut hanging near the ceiling. Exit that room by taking a right, then carefully make your way through the pesticide puddles ahead.
Eventually, you will reach a staircase leading up to a big cavern. You should spot the Cockroach Queen walking around inside. After you defeat her, look around the cavern for a small nook that is blocked by mushrooms. Chop them down, and you will find the Gloom Skewer waiting for you inside.
How Defeat Cockroach Queen
The Cockroach Queen has a lot of health, but stabbing attacks can wear her down pretty fast. Watch out, she spits out Sizzle goo, which can burn through your health. To protect yourself, bring cooling items like Mintito or a Mint Shard. The Fresh Defense Mutation really helps too. You can also use a Lingonberry Bandage, it heals you and cools you down at the same time.
Once her health bar runs out, her head will pop off, just like with regular cockroaches, and she will start spraying Sizzle liquid from her neck while running around wildly. As long as you stay cool and avoid getting burned, keep your distance and chip away at the rest of her health to finish the fight.
