How to Fix the Savlian Matius Bug
Here’s what you need to do to get things moving again: head into the castle on your own and take out any remaining scamps. Keep going until you find the Count. Grab his signet ring, then head back to Savlian Matius. Once you give him the ring, the quest should continue normally from there.
