Magick Archer Obelisk in Dragon’s Dogma 2: Dark Arisen can be found in the Norgan Snowfield. Here you will be able to learn new weapon skills and increase your stats permanently. Magick Archer Obelisk Location
The Magick Archer Obelisk of Benediction is available in the Norgan Snowfield, to the east of the gorge and on a small hill. You can get here if you have found the Mystic Spearhand Obelisk at the top of Nival Gorge Collapse and made your way north to northwest from there. There are two other ways to reach the Magick Archer Obelisk. You can either take the northern path from Inner Valley Grotto, as this path unlocks through the main story, or you can go east from the Mountain Stronghold.
The best way to find the Magick Archer Obelisk is at nighttime since it’s easier to spot the glow of the obelisk this way. You will also require the climbing hook to reach the area above. Also, as snowstorms are frequent in the area, there may be low visibility during the daytime.
After unlocking this obelisk, you get access to Shadebind Bolt, which slows down the movement of enemies. The skill is helpful when you are facing fast enemies or need to maintain a distance from them. In addition, the improved version, called Shadefetter Bolt, uses less stamina and lasts longer. Activating the obelisk also increases your Magick and Magick Defence stats.
How To Survive And Adapt To Snowstorms
- Use Heatstones: Create or make use of heat sources and heatstones at the start to avoid frost formation and keep warm.
- Take Cover: Find caves or find shelter at nearby campsites until the storm passes.
- Orienteer Pawn Specialisation: Give one of your pawns the ability to orient with the specialisation trait that enables them to lead your group to a nearby cave/shelter when there is a whiteout.
