The Gate of Infinity Beacon is one of the beacons you can cleanse in Mortal Shell 2. Reaching it requires you to explore a library-like area, find the hidden passage, and retrieve a special book called Grimorium. Once you place the book on the pedestal, you can access the final area, defeat the enemy, and cleanse the beacon.
Gate Of Infinity Beacon Location
You can find the Gate of Infinity Beacon in the southernmost section of the map. You can find it by going up the stairs from Ruk. Simply follow the path ahead and keep going until you reach the end, where you’ll find the Gate of Infinity Beacon.
Get to the lower floor by using the elevator. After you get out, move straight ahead until you reach a corridor that is lined with bookshelves. Move ahead until you find the bookshelves themselves. There should be an interactable book there on your right. Once you interact with it, a secret passage will appear.
How To Cleanse Gate Of Infinity Beacon
Go through the passage and follow the stairs down. Take a right at the bottom and keep going straight until you find a big room with more bookshelves. Inside this room, you’ll find a pedestal with bookshelves surrounding it. Interact with the pedestal; it will ask you to put a book named Grimorium into the pedestal.
Move forward from the pedestal in the direction where it is located. You’ll see a wind current. Use the wind current to float to the upper part of the bookshelves. Move on the upper shelves toward the right side, and you’ll see the Grimorium Obscurum placed with some candles.
Take the Grimorium and head back to the pedestal. Put the Grimorium inside the pedestal; it will open a secret door for you. Enter the room and kill the enemy inside it. Once the room is clear of all enemies, move toward the Gate of Infinity Beacon and interact with it to cleanse the beacon. Defeating the monster will reward you with:
- +2 Glimpse
- +2 Curseblood Stone
