Dr Harlow has a small secret interaction in Animal Hospital that gives you more information about his character and the game’s story. But you will not be able to start that interaction with Dr Harlow instantly. You will have to do a couple of things before the interaction becomes accessible to you. How To Unlock Dr Harlow
Continue doing shifts till you complete Shift 16. Throughout these shifts, make sure that you see Dr Harlow leaving the hospital and speaking to some individuals who are with Animal Corp. You’ll see these conversations happen over several appearances, so don’t worry if the interaction doesn’t trigger right away.
Once you spot two or three such interactions, Dr Harlow will eventually become interactable. Dr Harlow will be found at the entrance, and you will spot him along with some boxes lying down. Speak to him as soon as you spot him. Dr Harlow will then ask you to grab the boxes and follow him. Just follow him till he takes you to his office. Once you’re inside, you’ll be able to explore the area freely.
How To Talk To Dr Harlow
To start the secret interaction with Dr Harlow, who is part of the Lore Expansion Update, you have to unlock Dr Harlow’s office first and then hand him Ratthew’s Golden Key. Once that is done, get the book that is on the shelf to the left of Dr Harlow’s table and give it to him.
He will provide some details about the author of the book. Then, get the To-Do List from the shelf right behind Dr Harlow and give it to him too. Finally, take the Testimony Reports from the top of the shelf in the right corner of Dr Harlow’s office and give them to him. This will conclude all current interactions that you can have with Dr. Harlow.
