How To Build The Topsy Turvy Habitat
To build the Topsy-Turvy Habitat, you only need one type of item. Gather 3 Lampions, then place all three on the roof to complete the habitat. Put the lamps on the roof, ensuring that they are fixed on the roof or any other similar structure. There is no need to arrange them in straight lines. Just place all three lamps near each other such that they are joined together. With all this done, the Topsy Turvy Habitat will be ready.

Malamar is the only known Pokémon that can be found in the Topsy Turvy Habitat. Malamar is a rare Pokémon, which means that you might have to wait a little before seeing one. Malamar prefers a Bright habitat. To make it feel comfortable, add items that are complicated, strange, colorful, or spooky. Malamar also likes letters and words and enjoys sour flavors, so adding things that match these preferences can help create an ideal habitat for it.
Malamar can appear during any time of day, including Morning, Day, Evening, and Night. It can also spawn in Sunny, Cloudy, or Rainy weather, so you don’t need to wait for a specific time or weather condition.

How To Get Lampion
There are a few ways to get Lampion in Pokémon Pokopia. You can either craft it, find it in the world, or purchase it from the PC Shop. To craft Lampion, you will require a Workbench, and here are the materials required to craft Lampion:

There are 10 Lampions found inside a Poké Ball in the building where you first meet Barboach. This is one of the easier methods to get several Lampions without crafting. Another way you can obtain Lampion is by purchasing it from the PC Shop in Bubbly Basin. To unlock it, you need to reach Environment Level 100 in Bubbly Basin. Once unlocked, you can buy Lampion for 10 Life Coins each.
