Captain Morgan’s Legendary Outfit & Pistol are the kind of rewards that instantly make Edward’s appearance feel more like a true pirate than an assassin. In Assassin’s Creed Black Flag, this legendary outfit gives you a captain style look. This guide focuses on the collectible side of the hunt – where to find the legendary outfit, the location of the island that hides it and the route to take while looking for the outfit.
Black Island Location
Captain Morgan’s Legendary outfit is located on an island called Black Island, which is located on the northeast of the Gibara region as shown in the above map image. Make your way to the island once you’ve unlocked the free roam.
Captain Morgan’s Outfit & Pistol
Captain Morgan’s legendary outfit and pistol are spread out across 2 treasure chests found at the edge of the island. The pistol can be found in a submerged chest surrounded by jellyfish and the outfit can be found in a chest along the cliffside. Since the loot is located at the edge of the island, you won’t need to engage with the enemies as the island is under the templar’s control.
Captain Morgan’s Pistol
Turn right from the synchronization point and head towards the sea along the edge of the island. You’ll come across a shipwreck as shown in the above image.
Dive underwater and look for the treasure chest which should be surrounded by jellyfish, thread carefully as these jellyfish are harmful. Loot the treasure chest to collect Captain Morgan’s Pistols. This pistol deals 20 damage and has a draw speed of 1.5.
Secret Treasure Chest
While you’re there, make sure to loot the secret treasure before you collect the legendary outfit.
To reach the secret chest, use the shipwreck’s pole and head upwards, then drop down into the water from the other end of the cliff.
Dive underwater and you’ll find the secret chest inside a submerged shipwreck. Looting this chest will give you pearl earrings, diamond earrings and silver medallion.
Captain Morgan’s Legendary Outfit
Then use the shipwreck’s pole to climb up and reach the cliff’s edge. Go alongside the cliff’s edge to the left and you’ll find the treasure chest containing the legendary Captain Morgan’s outfit.
The outfit looks great on Edward and you can pair it with Blackbeard’s Crimson Pistols if you have them which goes hand in hand with the outfit.
