How To Find Its Spawn Location
After you get the icon for the Rainstorm Stellarys, click on the Habitat feature. This will tell you precisely where the creature spawns. You do not need to rush after reaching the area, because Rainstorm Stellarys will stay there as long as the specific weather condition lasts.
