To get the Mayan Armor, you will have to collect all 16 Mayan Stelae from the Caribbean regions in the game Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced. The Mayan Stelae holds a small puzzle whose solution gives the player a Mayan Stone. While some of them can be easily located, others can only be accessed during particular parts of the game’s storyline or even from within restricted areas. This guide shows you the location of every Mayan Stelae, along with the coordinates of all 16 Mayan Stones.
All 16 Mayan Stelae Locations (Mayan Armor)
There are 16 Mayan Stelae located in Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced throughout the Caribbean region. These have puzzles that give Mayan Stone upon solving. In order to solve the puzzle, go up on the pillar that is near and click on the stela. Now, align the image with the ruins surrounding it by moving and rotating it properly till the time the ruins fit into the circles. When all parts of the ruins will fit into the circles, the puzzle will be solved and you will get the Mayan Stone.
Mayan Mysteries quest starts automatically when you arrive at Tulum after finishing the main story mission Overrun and Outnumbered. After collecting all 16 Mayan Stones, return to Tulum to unlock and claim the Mayan Outfit.
Cat Island
This Mayan Stelae can be located on the northwest part of Cat Island in the Eleuthera area at coordinates (703,670). Go to the coordinate spot and interact with the rock to obtain it.
Great Inagua
You’ll automatically come across this Mayan Stelae while progressing through the main story. The structure can be found at (823,436) in the southern part of Great Inagua, at Gibara.
Tortuga
The Mayan Stelaes can be found at coordinates (846,352) in the Tortuga area of Punta Guarico. As this artifact is in a restricted zone, you will have to get past the guards before acquiring it.
Cape Bonavista
Travel to Cape Bonavista in the Dry Tortuga region and head to (159,584). The Mayan Stelae is waiting there and can be collected without much trouble.
Matanzas
You’ll find this Mayan Stelae at (311,617) in Matanzas, Dry Tortuga. It’s right next to a restricted area, so be careful if nearby guards spot you.
Pinos Isle (1)
Mayan Stelae number one on Pinos Isle can be found at coordinates (303,452). It lies near the restricted zone, so watch out for any possible enemy attacks when going there.
Pinos Isle (2)
Pinos Isle Mayan Stela No. 2 is located at (311,454). Similar to the first stela, it is located near an area that is restricted, so it would be best to remain hidden to avoid conflict.
New Bone
Go to the plantation of New Bone in the area of Seranilla and move towards the coordinates (400,92). This area is guarded by the ships of your enemies; you have two options to either eliminate them or silently dive into the water and reach there.
Misteriosa
This Mayan Stelae is on the eastern side of Misteriosa at (273,175). It’s inside a restricted area, so sneaking in is usually the safest option.
Misterios
The second Mayan Stelae on Misteriosa is located on the western shore at (265,171). Just like the other one, you’ll need to enter a restricted area to collect it.
Santanillas
The Mayan Stelaes can be found at (187,221) in Santanillas of the Chinchorro area. As it is found in a protected zone, expect to deal with or eliminate the guards that surround it.
Tulum
Travel to Tulum in the Conttoyor region and head to (30,382). The Mayan Stelae is easy to find once you reach the marked location.
Sacrifice
This Mayan Stelae is located at (18,548) on Sacrifice Island in the Conttoyor region. You’ll need to enter a restricted area, so move carefully to avoid drawing attention.
Isla Providencia
The first Mayan Stelae on Isla Providencia can be collected at (476,16). You won’t be able to access it until you’ve reached the Marooned main story mission.
Isla Providencia
Island Providence Mayan Stelae No. 2 can be found on the northern end of the island at (487,33). Similar to the first one, it can only be accessed after completing the Marooned main quest.
Long Bay
This is the location of the final Mayan Stelae, which is located at coordinates (502,216) in Long Bay, Charlotte. This location can be found only after completing The Observatory main mission of the game.
