To get the Ocean Treasure Chest in Heartopia, you have to do the Underwater Expedition Prep event and obtain all 9 NPC stamps. The task is easy, but there will be a number of minor quests that you have to complete to receive your prize. In this guide, we’ll show you how to begin the event, collect all stamps and open the Ocean Treasure Chest during the event period.
All 9 Stamps & Underwater Expedition Prep
The Ocean Treasure Chest can be obtained by completing the Coastal Notice quest first. Once you do this, you will be rewarded with the Expedition Volunteer Application Form, which is the object you need to proceed. You can do this alone, as no teamwork is required in this phase. When playing alone, all you have to do is go to NPCs on the map and have your application form stamped.
Take a look at the map, find NPCs with an orange quest icon, and these will be the only type of NPCs who can stamp your application form. The NPCs will require you to perform a simple task before they stamp your form. After doing the task, return to them, and they will stamp your application form.
Continue meeting with the NPC marked until you manage to acquire all nine stamps. Once you have done that, come back to Atara and give her the filled-out application form. You will be rewarded with the Ocean Treasure Chest. Simply place the chest in your house, and both you and other players will be able to interact with it for your rewards. How To Get Will’s Stamp
To get the stamp from Will for the Underwater Expedition Preparation, you should first complete the expedition quest and get the application form. Go to your Watch, choose the expedition quest and track, Will. A question mark icon will show up on the map indicating his exact location. Go there and speak to him to start his quest.
Will will then ask you to bring him 3 Rare Timber. In case you have these items, give them to him straight away. After completing this step, Will will give you Light of Guards and stamp your Expedition Volunteer Application Form.
How To Get Bailey’s Stamp
In order to get Bailey’s stamp for Underwater Expedition Prep, go to where she is located and speak to her. When the dialogue menu appears, select “Of Course, Bird” to agree to do her a favour. Bailey will ask you to deliver 5 Quality Timber and 5 Ore to her. After delivering all the materials to her, Bailey will end the quest and give you her stamp for your Expedition Volunteer Application Form.
How To Get Verie’s Stamp
To receive Verie’s stamp for Underwater Expedition Prep, you must first find her. In the quest, Verie is not going to be in her usual location near the Windmill Flower Field. Rather, she will be located near the Whale Sea. Speak to Verie and select the “Seabed Sediment Rising” quest from the quest options to begin.
Verie is going to ask you to collect 3 fish from the bottom of Whale Mountain. Go to the location of Whale Mountain and collect all 3 fish. Once you’ve done fishing, return to Verie. Verie will move to her usual place in the Windmill Flower Field. Speak to her again once you reach that place. Hand over the 3 fishes to her to complete the quest. Verie will give her stamp on your Expedition Volunteer Application Form as a reward.
How To Get Bill’s Stamp
In order to get Bill’s stamp for the preparation of the Underwater Expedition, you need to first unlock the quest for the expedition. If the quest does not show up in your Watch, then make sure that you have done the Tremor quest first.
Once you unlock the quest, go to your Watch, follow Bill and go to Bill’s location. Then talk to Bill in order to start the expedition quest. Bill will ask you to participate in a fishing game. All you need to do is start the fishing game and catch the fish. Once you have finished, come back to Bill and talk to him again. Completing the fishing task will earn you Bill’s stamp, which will be added to your Expedition Volunteer Application Form.
How To Get Marin’s Stamp
In order to get the stamp from Marin for the Underwater Expedition Prep quest, go and talk to Marin, then choose Merchant Specialities. Take the quest by saying “Leave it to me.” There are two different ways through which you can complete the objective for this particular quest. Either do something with a fellow player as part of your two-player activity or just talk to a town resident. After completing the objective, come back and talk to Marin once again. She will reward you with the Coffee Umbrella and give you her stamp.
