Water Mage Saturas plays a key role in the game’s main storyline, faction quests etc. This guide tells you where to find him and what prerequisites are required to be able to approach Saturas. You’ll get exact navigation cues to safely reach his location.
Path to Water Mages
Water Mages reside at the back of the New Camp’s settlement which is guarded by the Mercenaries. You cannot meet Saturas beforehand irrespective of whichever Camp you chose to join and you need to progress the main storyline up to Chapter 3 to meet Saturas as he is part of the main story.
After you reach Chapter 3, Diego will send you to the New Camp to meet Saturas. Travel to the New Camp’s settlement and proceed towards the far right side into the deeper part of the camp.
To the far right end of the cave, you’ll come across a path that leads to a much deeper section of the cave and it’s being guarded by mercenaries. Speak to the mercenaries and tell them that Saturas is expecting you and they will allow you inside.
Saturas Location 1
Saturas is usually found in the Library, from the entrance walk straight past the large tree and follow the stairway that leads up to the library, once inside you will most often find Saturas there.
Saturas Location 2
If he isn’t in the library, check the round table room next. From the entrance area with the large tree take the stairway to the left and you will reach the chamber with the round table where Saturas’ private quarters is located, so you’re likely to find him there if he’s absent from the library.
