London nights are rarely just for drinking when you’re training to be 007. In “A Night Out”, Bond and his fellow recruits head to a club for some fun time but it quickly flips into a live operation. A mission that blends social stealth, gathering information and choices. This guide walks you through the best approach to stay under the radar in the nightclub without alerting the guards and complete the mission without any complications.
Finding The Contact in Red
After the mission is initiated, make your way to the bar at the nightclub and look for a guy in a red t-shirt and short haircut as shown in the above picture. Have a chat with him and he’ll point you to the next location to retrieve the package.
Retrieving The Package
Follow the right corridor from the bar until you can find the Gents Room to your left at the end of the corridor.
Head inside the gents room and open the third door with the X mark on it, you’ll find the package hidden inside a wall cabinet. When you do find the package, you’ll be briefed about the mission’s objective which is to investigate 3 individuals who are present at the nightclub. You’ll be divided into teams and will be assigned each a person of interest – which in our case is Joshua Pike.
Investigating Joshua Pike
You can find Joshua Pike upstairs at the nightclub, but to get upstairs you need to make it to the guests list.
You can uncover different opportunities to complete the mission by gathering information through eavesdropping other npc’s present at the nightclub. Use your watch to scan nearby opportunities, these will be indicated by a signal logo like the ones shown in the above image. The best approach to complete this mission is “The Stamp” approach, which is very subtle and low-key.
The Stamp Approach
To initiate the stamp approach, you need to get to the guests list desk which is situated opposite of the gents room and talk to the woman at the desk. She’ll tell you that if your name is on the list, you can get the stamp from her co-worker and head upstairs. Now all you need is to find a name that is on the guests list.
Guest List Intel : Jones
Go through the corridor which is to the left of the desk and at the end of the corridor you’ll find a woman who is talking on the phone, eavesdrop her conversation and you’ll obtain a name from the guests list.
Go back to the desk and talk to the guy, and when he asks for your name select “Jones” from the options. He’ll stamp your hand and then you can head upstairs.
You can head upstairs through the stairs located to the left side of the bar.
Find Pike & Hack The Data
Once upstairs, you can find Pike to the right side near one of the booths. Get closer to him and initiate the hack using your watch.
The range for the hack is short, so make sure you follow him up-close until the hacking bar is filled to 100%, which you can see on the bottom left of your screen.
After hacking about ~25-30%, Pike will head inside the exclusive booth area where you can’t just follow him inside as there is a guard.
Pick up the nearest drinks tray and the guard will allow you inside. Finish the hack and rendezvous with Cressida at the balcony. The objective will be updated, you need to take Pike’s place and meet up with the contact.
Trapping Pike
Go through the door by the stairs you used to come upstairs. The door will lead you to an isolated room, head inside the room and scout the location – the objective will be updated and you’ll have to lure Pike to the room.
Speak with Pike and he’ll follow you. Lead him to the isolated room you scouted earlier and trap him inside the room.
Meet The Contact
The objective will be updated after you trap Pike and you need to head to the new marker, Cloak Room. You’ll find the contact inside, speak with her and apply pressure using different dialogue options to force her into calling her boss, then head to the extraction point to complete the mission.
