If you want to unlock unique relics in Totenreich, the Music Box is worth getting. It’s a late-game challenge that uses your aim and survival skills since it only becomes available around Round 60. The steps are very easy, but completing them can be tricky if you’re not prepared. In this guide, we will show you how to unlock the Music Box Relic.
How To Get Music Box In Totenreich

First, you will need to have done the Toten Easter Egg at least once because otherwise, you won’t be able to unlock any relics. The second step is to play on Tier 2 (or above) difficulty mode of Cursed, and move to Round 60. After reaching Round 60, you will need to get five consecutive headshots from the head area of the robot.

You actually get two chances per round. Enter through the shoulder once and then again through the foot. Depending on how you enter the robot, zombies’ behaviour changes. For instance, when entering from the shoulder entrance, most zombies will run towards the market section; when entering from the foot/fort side, the zombies will gather near the trap. Use this to position yourself better for easy headshots.
Finding Mr Peeks

After getting five headshots, you will hear Mr Peeks’ laughter, which is an indication that you have completed the challenge. After completing the headshots, a portal will spawn at the Dry Dock area (on a wall).

Next, go to the testing site near Melee Macchiato, where there will be a purple light in the sky. Go to that area and perform a short lockdown mission. Perform this task six times (one time per wave), and after completing the challenges, you will unlock the Music Box Relic.
The Music Box Relic introduces new gameplay mechanics, whereby zombies can be shot to death only with a headshot. Other body shots will not kill the zombie, but melee attacks are allowed, although the player needs to attack the zombie’s head.
