How to get the Boar Pet
You need to first beat the main boss, then enter the Foothills. In the Foothills, try to find a small island with ruins. There will be many buildings, as well as enemies such as goats and wolves, so be careful when exploring. If you find a big statue on an island, make sure to interact with it. It will give you with a quest requiring you to collect 3 Oils and 20 Meats.
In the ruins, make sure to collect three oils and have some meat. Once done, go to the altar located within the region and perform an offering. After doing that, you will receive the Boar Whistle. Once you bring the items back and offer them, you will be rewarded with a pet pig that fights alongside you.
How to call the Boar Pet
You can use the Boar Whistle to summon your pet boar, Truffle. This pet boar acts as a fighting companion for you. Not only that, but you can summon it even when you board ships and fight with your enemies. You can call this companion whenever you need help. It has a short cooldown of about two minutes, so you can use it often. Even if the boar gets defeated, it can be summoned again after a short cooldown.
