The strongbox can be found within a noble house in the middle of Demeniss. Enter the house through any entry door, but note that you will need a key for this. When entering the house, move to the area where the kitchen is located and look for the corner nearest its entryway. In this area, there is a bookshelf which hides a secret passage leading to a box containing your objective item.
Taking it counts as stealing, so it is a good idea to wear a mask before you do it. After that, you do not need to leave the red highlighted area on your minimap right away; just stay out of trouble and wait until the crime meter goes down on its own.

To solve the Strongbox puzzle in the middle of the City of Demeniss, you need to press the keys in the same order as the melody linked to the box. You can hear the correct tune by checking the side of the Strongbox first. Once you know the sound, hit the keys in this matching order: 1-5-2-6-5.
Once the puzzle is done correctly, the strongbox will open and reveal a small box inside containing the Tarivian Necklace. The Second Wind passive skill will fully heal you when your health drops low, usually at around 30%. After it activates, you’ll need to wait 30 minutes before it can trigger again.
