Stable Housing Quest
To Stable Housing Quest, you need to go to the lobby area in Stella Montis. Once you reach the lobby, go towards the security room and breach it to get inside.
Search for the safe in the side room by the third-floor staircases
After that, find a sideroom near the third-floor stairs. There is a safe inside that you need to interact with. When you are inside the building, go to the second floor to find another room with a safe. Interact with it to move forward.
Head upstairs to the fourth-floor control room
After interacting with the safe, go to the fourth floor of the same building and enter the control room. Use the Access Card Printer and print an access card. Now go back to the room where the safe is found. Before opening it, check the notes on the wall in that room.
Inspect them and after reading the note, interact with the safe to open it. Take the items inside the safe, then safely extract from the raid. When you are out, deliver the quest items to Tian Wen to complete the quest.
