How to Find the Floodgate Puzzle
The Floodgates puzzle is found inside the Dam building in Ram District. Enter the building to find the control panel. There will be 5 gears that you need to control to open the Floodgates.
When moved correctly, the gears will unlock a floodgate that is blocking the water flow. When you move a gear, the gate connected to it will move up and allow the water to flow back.
Floodgate Puzzle Solution
To solve the puzzle, move the gear in the following order.
Switch 1 > Switch 5 > Switch 3 > Switch 4 > Switch 2 > Switch 1 > Switch 2 > Switch 4 > Switch 4 > Switch 2 > Switch 2
Move the valves till they are locked in place. Make sure each valve is completely set before turning the other valve. When all the valves are in correct order, the Floodgates will open, allowing the dam water to flow out.
