At the port, you will meet Arliss. He is a Reverend from the church. He is present there to help others. He asks you to help him by giving gold coins to the poor in the slums and the surrounding areas. Arliss also tells you that the people will give something in return. Take it from them, as it is a return gift in their tradition.
Find the Three Beggars
A lot of players are facing problems with the Handouts quest as they have to find three beggars. Especially the third beggar can be challenging to find. Here are the locations of all the beggars:
To find the first beggar, head towards the Titan’s Inn. You will find the beggar outside the Inn. Just look beside the tables near the Docks. You will find him sitting there.
To get to the second beggar, go to the slum area. Enter the area, and take a left. Look just opposite the guitar player, and you will find the beggar sitting there.
The third beggar is also found in the slum area. From the slum area, just go downhill to a small beach. You will find him sitting beside the broken tents.

Where to Find Arliss
After giving the coins to all three beggars, you will get the return gifts. Take them and go back to Arliss. He will move around the city depending on the time of day. Here’s where you can find them:
