When you are travelling towards Grayshaft, you will find a drunken man standing near the road. Talk to him, and he will tell you that last night he got drunk with his friend. He drank so much that he forgot where his friend was and slept beside the road. When he woke up in the morning, his friend was nowhere to be found.
How to Find Ferron’s Friend
He needs your help to find his friend. Ask him the location of the last time he saw his friend. He will tell you to follow him to the place where he last saw his friend. Follow him to find an area with lots of big rats. Kill all the rats with the help of Ferron and then loot their bodies. When the area is cleared in front of you, near the bushes, you will find Ferron’s friend.
Go near him to find him dead, as he was killed by the big rats. Tell this news to Ferron, and he will tell you that he is very sad and how he will be able to show his face to his friend’s wife. As he had promised his friend’s wife that he would take care of his friend while they were going for a drink.
