The A Blessing quest is a story mission in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora – From the Ashes that takes you from the peaceful forests of Kinglor to a dangerous RDA facility. Along the way, you’ll explore the wilds of Pandora, earn powerful upgrades, reunite with Teylan, and take part in a major sabotage mission against the RDA. This guide will tell you each step of the quest so you know exactly where to go and what to do.
A Blessing Quest Guide
The “A Blessing” quest starts in Dawn’s Glade in Kinglor Forest. First, summon your Ikran and follow the yellow quest marker. A Mangkwan Raider will attack as soon as you get there. Take him down, and you’ll be rewarded with the Spear-thrower weapon.
After dealing with the Mangkwan Raider at the camp, continue following the road. As you move deeper into the forest, you’ll notice Zeykoma, a special fruit that permanently adds one extra health segment. Once you collect the fruit, Teylan sends a message pointing you toward a cargo ship.
Reaching Frontiers Port Echo
Your next goal is to get onto the docks at Frontiers Port Echo. Summon your Ikran again and follow the yellow marker. When you arrive, land your Ikran near the docks. Be cautious here: this is an RDA facility, so enemies are everywhere, and security is tight.
To find Teylan, you need to get inside the cargo ship. There’s a maintenance tunnel running underneath it, but guards are posted nearby. Once the path is clear, follow the yellow marker to the tunnel entrance. You’ll need to climb and scale through tight spaces to navigate the ship’s maintenance areas.
Finding Teylan
Inside the ship, keep following the yellow marker to locate Teylan. Eventually, a short cutscene plays showing your reunion. Your first task is to unlock a door by disabling an RDA electrical panel using the knife. Once the door is open, make your way through the ship to the engine room. Watch out for guards along the way.
In the engine room, sabotage both Engine A and Engine B by throwing explosives. Be careful: the RDA knife works on a charge system, and water or electrical hazards can drain it. Make sure to deactivate the fire suppression system before attempting the sabotage to avoid losing your knife’s charge.
Escaping the Ship
After sabotaging the engines, escape the cargo ship immediately. Along the way, you’ll encounter another Mangkwan Raider. Take the elevator up once the path clears, but be ready: heavy enemy resistance awaits at the top.
The final major objective in this quest is to destroy the RDA cargo docks. Three targets are marked with yellow indicators: the fuel silos, the control tower electrical systems, and parked aircraft. After all three are down, a cutscene shows the extent of the destruction you’ve caused.
Meeting Teylan and Flying to the Resistance Safehouse
After the destruction, meet up with Teylan at the docks. Once the conversation ends, call your Ikran and fly with him to the Resistance Safehouse. Near the Resistance Safehouse, dismount and follow the yellow marker into a cave system. Navigate through it until you reach Alma, who is waiting inside the safehouse. A final cutscene plays, ending the “A Blessing” quest.
