Cloister hides a series of mysterious Excogitation Audio Logs waiting to be uncovered in The Outer Worlds 2. These recordings offer deeper insight into the planet’s story and reward attentive explorers. In this guide, you’ll find where to search and what to look for to collect every Excogitation Audio Log and complete your discovery.
All Excogitation Audio Logs Locations
Below is a list of all four Excogitation Audio Logs along with their exact locations:
Audio Log 1
For the Sojourner’s Log North—fast travel to the northern side of the map. You’ll find it inside one of the structures near the huge machinery. Go inside, climb up the ladder in front and you’ll find the log on a table.
Audio Log 2
For the Sojourner’s Log Southwest—fast travel to the southwest part of the map. You’ll find the audio log inside the blue-roofed structure, sitting on a black box.
Audio Log 3
For the Sojourner’s Log Southeast—fast travel and you’ll find yourself surrounded by snow. On the right side, you’ll see a cave opening. Inside, you’ll find a ladder, climbing which will lead you to another blue roofed structure where you’ll find the log sitting on a table at the left side of the room.
Audio Log 4
The Sojourner’s Log Northeast—fast travel to this portion of the map and you’ll come across a structure with sacks surrounding it. Inside, climb the ladder on the right side and you’ll find the log on the table with a lamp on it.
Note: There are four Excogitation Audio Logs hidden across the planet Cloister. Tracking them all down will earn you the “Cloister Excogitation Logs CEL-ebration” Achievement/Trophy.
